The rooms are neat and fairly quiet, with 2 queen beds and a Jacuzzi. The location is particularly good, only 1 mile from a 500-acre open-air museum. It's based in a pretty nice area close to restaurants and the airport.

You have no refrigerator in the room, I had to go buy a cooler to keep medication cold and I don't like the ice/water issues in coolers. I had to wait on waitress at breakfast and I never did receive coffee or tea but yet paid over $12.

Family friendly hotel with a great staff.

We liked walking in and NOT seeing those cheesy floral bedspreads that every other hotel has! We didn't get to explore the hotel due to being there without our children for our anniversary.;)

The only negative thing about our stay was being approached by a con artist in the parking lot, which has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel itself. The guy was trolling around the parking lot with a sob story asking for money.

Convenient Location 📍

This place is in a great spot - we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. We booked a family room with 2 queen beds and a Jacuzzi for just one night, and it was perfect.

The shuttle driver was very personable and helpful. Overall, we received great Customer Service during our stay. The property was very nice and we were on the 8th floor which was great!

Managment--Very accomodating with our situation that involved my reservation not listed on the reservation list. Location-convenient. Facility- comfortable, lovely.

The venue was good looking and stunningly beautiful, I appreciated the location right by all the stops, and restaurants, and city views. My a double room and all facilities were clean. The location ready to pay for EVERYTHING was particularly good and easy.

Breakfast was average. The location was good. The atrium, waterfall, and glass elevators were impressive. The pillows were nice, the TV had limited connectivity but had Netflix and YouTube options, and the towels were huge. The AC worked well and the staff was friendly.
